Barbara I do have kideny involment I have not noticed any kind of discomfort at all from mine the only way they new i had lupus in my kidenys was from i had to much portien in my urine and then the did a biospy on my kidneys and that came back postive for lupus in my kidneys but as fas as discomfort or pain no ihaven't had any at all and i found out back in 95 when i had lupus in the kidenys i am sorry i am not much help at all i wish i could be maybe someone else can be a better help to you then me.

Hi, I was wondering if there are any symptoms when your kidneys are starting to give trouble? I so far haven't had any kidney involvment, but my last flare I noticed alot of lower abdominal discomfort. Any info would be great!!!!!Thanks,Barbara
