Guest guest
ice your incision 3x a day (or whenever its hurting) for 10 minute each time. fill dixi-cups(small paper cups) with water to the top and freeze 'em then take one and tear the paper off about an inch at the top to expose the ice, then flip it over and ice massage your pain areas. I sat on the edge of a chair and put a towel on the floor to catch the water. my hips burned like crazy(for weeks) after I did those excercises your doing and the ice was an automatic relief. I hope it works, hang in there. Guest guest
Hi, Jeff, Thanks for such relaying such a useful idea. I've often thought that ice would provide some relief, but until reading your message, never acted on the impulse. So good to hear about common sense, home- grown approaches that work. I will try it and get back to you. Many thanks!
