Inositol was very effective for my OCD even I took 750mg per day

only. Now it seems it is ineffective. Would taking higher dose be

effective for me again?

Don't know for sure, but I have seen several studies using 5 grams or

more that found it as effective as prescriptive meds. You might try

again with a much larger dose, giving a few days or longer to see if

it kicks in...Kim

Inositol, tryptophan, 5 HTP, fish oil and vitamin E in combination.

That's the order I'd try them in, too.

in the way of OCD or anxiety improvement--can I safely up it? To

what amount?
