Guest guest
Inositol was very effective for my OCD even I took 750mg per day only. Now it seems it is ineffective. Would taking higher dose be effective for me again? Thanks, Chan. > > Dear all, > > > > Recently, my OCD has come back and seems to be much more severe. > Any > > supplement can deal with it? > > > > Thanks, > > Chan. Guest guest
Don't know for sure, but I have seen several studies using 5 grams or more that found it as effective as prescriptive meds. You might try again with a much larger dose, giving a few days or longer to see if it kicks in...Kim > > > Dear all, > > > > > > Recently, my OCD has come back and seems to be much more severe. > > Any > > > supplement can deal with it? > > > > > > Thanks, > > > Chan. Guest guest
Inositol, tryptophan, 5 HTP, fish oil and vitamin E in combination. That's the order I'd try them in, too.
