I've been reading in the background for a month and just want to tell the group how grateful I am to get to hear such inspirational stories. You are all phenomenal. I joined this group hoping to get up the incentive to finally do something after the holidays. Then there was a thread that suggested starting before the holidays. Naturally I thought they were crazy! Especially since we will be going away. Then there was the thread about Tory having three operations. Well I had three operations this year and they threw me for a loop. But overeating and not moving hasn't helped! So, Tuesday I went to my first WW meeting. The teacher was incredible, very informative and up beat. I have started to incorporate a lot of what I learned through the group and in my meeting. So I just wanted to say thanks to all of you. I'm not much of a talker, I prefer lurking but I want to tell you how appreciative and excited I am about beginning my new life. Thanks for motivating me! It's wonderful that you liked your leader so much too... a good leader can make all the difference in our WW journey.
