Thank you, Jo, so much for checking. Maybe it will turn up. I also

have emailed, Mr Vie , the author of the research based

model posted on this site but I haven't heard anything yet. He

writes that he has Part 2 and Part 3 but I don't see it here. If

you have any suggestions for contacting him other than his email I'd

appreciate that also. My doctor is willing to review everything that

he has researched. Has anyone else made contact with him or had

their own doctor's review his material?

I hope you are doing alright. I'm behind in reading the posts since

I'm having a few really tough days right now. Hope I'm on the

upswing. I appreciate so much any effort to help. It takes away
