When I first applied, I only saw the person who gave certain forms when I first started. I did make sure he saw that I could not stand there and fill anything out and that he saw all the ssplinnts I was wearing. I was about to pass out andmy joints were killing me but he stood annd stared and never asked to get me a chair!!!
Guest guest
Well, as you know, I did get re-approved & I even had the judge previously declare me permanently 100% disabled, which surprised me when they then said, a few years later, that they were coming & they said that it could be a year or 10 years until they spoke to me again. But if you do see them, don't even make them let you stand up. Tell them, talk to them, literally demand whatever you need!!!! Sit on the floor, hey tell them you think you may need them to call 911. Do whatever you need to do. Don't ever let them even think they are in charge. Hope this helps.
