Guest guest Posted August 30, 2004 Report Share Posted August 30, 2004 I was down 2.2 lbs to 145.8. This morning I weighed 146.4. I am thinking it is a fluke but am going to work like to devil this week to keep it off. I was reading on the weight watchers boards about how people abuse the program--substituting points from fruits/veggies, milk etc for other things like candy and stuff that is on program but not necessarily good for weight loss and after thinking about it I used to do the same thing. I decided that each week I am going to incorporate one of the things (milk, fruit/veggies, water). This week is going to be milk--in the morning and then for lunch or dinner.I will try to get all the other stuff in too but my concentration is going to be milk.
