I had always heard that after tenotomy it's a 3 week cast... Then again, Zoe has a mild clubfoot and didn't require the tentotomy and she was our second doctor's cast tech's first Ponseti patient. I also don't recall hearing this mentioned before on the board, but it's not like I've read every message posted since I joined. I've discovered that I've missed some important posts in the past!
