Beth and Teres -

It's amazing how close to the surface those old eating habits and impulses

are! And I've been on program for 17 months!! Just today I had Halloween

candy for lunch. That's ALL I had for lunch. I used up my points, so

dinner will be scant for sure. I thought I'd have " just one " little mini

candy, but oh no....those impulses took over until I had finished every

little Snickers in my kids' bowl. (They can't have the Snickers because of

braces on their teeth!)

Anyway, what I have to do and what we all have to do is NOT do what we used

to do.....consider ourselves a failure and overeating for the rest of the

day...week....month, etc. Tonight I WILL stay within my remaining 4 points

and I will NOT binge on candy tomorrow. I know how this program works and I

will WORK THIS PROGRAM!
