Guest guest
Ok, I don't know what your intake looked like prior to WW, so who knows? Maybe this day was a pretty good one. Maybe some more 0 points foods. And perhaps focus on a protein at breakfast too...like a hard cooked egg, or a glass of milk with your banana. Where you ate the sugar in your day looks to me like you were seeking energy. You can get that from protein as well. And the energy will last longer. I am always amazed at how beans and rice (complex carbs) affect my energy level. Just an observation. No judgement here, you should have seen my yesterday. wrote: I need a kick in the heinie so I'm posting my journal. Please no comments on the sugar fest <EG> Just understand that I NEED motivation so I'm doing this to keep me on track. As you can see I woke up, rolled out of bed and ate a banana before leaving . . . Tomorrow will be better! Guest guest
I have a question on protien for breakfast. I had a Dr. tell me that once, and I am trying to do that now. I am not very clear on how much though. Is tofu considered protein? Today I had a breakfast shake with pineapple, bannana, and tofu (I think someone suggested it here, eons ago). I don't know if that is enough protein. Thanks, Ronica Jo > >Reply-To: Serious-Weight-Watchers >To: Serious-Weight-Watchers >Subject: Re: Journal - Kim Monday >Date: Tue, 19 Oct 2004 06:39:50 -0700 (PDT) > > > Ok, I don't know what your intake looked like prior to WW, so who knows? > Maybe this day was a pretty good one.
