Ok, I don't know what your intake looked like prior to WW, so who knows?

Maybe this day was a pretty good one. Maybe some more 0 points foods. And

perhaps focus on a protein at breakfast too...like a hard cooked egg, or a glass

of milk with your banana. Where you ate the sugar in your day looks to me like

you were seeking energy. You can get that from protein as well. And the energy

will last longer.

I am always amazed at how beans and rice (complex carbs) affect my energy level.

Just an observation. No judgement here, you should have seen my yesterday.

I have a question on protien for breakfast. I had a Dr. tell me that once,

and I am trying to do that now. I am not very clear on how much though. Is

tofu considered protein? Today I had a breakfast shake with pineapple,

bannana, and tofu (I think someone suggested it here, eons ago). I don't

know if that is enough protein.

As a vegetarian Ronica Jo, yes tofu is a protein.
