Guest guest
Yes, and I've been doing that instinctly for the last few yrs, when I started feeling so rough because I just knew it made me feel better. When I'm feeling like that, I've learned to eat a little high protein (meat, nuts, eggs--small amts), then a piece of fruit, but not large amts at one time, or I just get irresistibly sleepy and sluggish. Yet I've never had an insulin test, but have thought about it now and then. Re: Insulin resistance (wasRe: High TSHw/Armour > > It's good that you try to eat eat every 4 hours. I should adhere to that also. And you should try to have some protein each time you eat because that will help prevent the wide up and down swings of your blood sugar. Insulin has no reaction to protein. > > M.
