I understand that many of the dentists in that area use composite because it

pays more, but some don't necessarily understand the health reasons for avoiding

mercury. I would also like to know of a good one, preferably in Cambridge.

That is a pretty tall subject. I certainly recommend

the book " Mercury Free " for a fine and very readable

overview of this topic. (More info on this book and

don't know any to recommend, but you can find links to lists

Look for section on dentists.

West Newton Dental Asscoiates on Washington st., Newton, MA is a

mercury free office. My 5 year old son and I see Dr. Patel, she is

very nice.
