Guest guest
Yea !! I like that " leaving the 230's behind " !! Kepe up the good work. Beth wrote: Hi, everyone: I haven't updated much lately, but I've read all the digests and I'm still here! My husband got a job that he starts on November 1. I'm very happy, and the stress level in our house had decreased dramatically. Before he'd been working at a long-term temporary job. We graduated from MBA school in June 2003, and he hasn't been able to find anything permanent in all that time. It's been difficult. I've been staying on program just fine. Today I left the 230's behind! Yay!! My weigh in was 229. I still can't get used to writing 229--I invariably type it as 292. It's amazing how far I've come. This group is fantastic--you guys are absolutely crucial to my success, and I want to thank you. Regards, 297/229/
Guest guest
, You're doing FANTASTIC! I love it when we leave any " decade " behind! It's a huge accomplishment! Keep up the great work and the even greater attitude! Bette in CA
Guest guest
That really is amazing! I don't have as much weight to lose as you want to, so I can't even imagine the kind of committment you must have made. Congratulations!!! Guest guest
Hi, : Thank you for your good wishes. I'm curious to know what your purpose is here on the SWW board. It's obvious from your " this is what I'm doing to lose the weigh --> " reference at the end of your post that you have another agenda. It disturbs me that you're seemingly trying to hawk weight loss products through this group. Incidentally, my " committment " is to my health and well-being. I am complete " committed " to eating healthy and regulating my portions; the weight loss just falls into place with that kind of outlook. I thank Heaven for WW and this board. I don't regard it as a diet or a temporary lose weight quickly scheme. I also don't partake of things like the " revolutionary fat burning formula " you're trying to sell on your site. The front page of this Yahoo group clearly states " Join us if you're seriously following Weight Watchers' 123 Success, Winning Points, Flex or Core programs. " It goes on to say " only serious weight watchers here! " If you are indeed following the program on your site, it seems that perhaps you'd be better suited to selling your products in other groups. I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss and business ventures, but I'll thank you to not use my success with WW as a stepping stone to point group members to your for-profit site. > > That really is amazing!
