Guest guest
I don't like the sound of the core plan at all. Of course I don't have to change, so that's okay. For me I need the flexibility. It does sound like it might be good, though, for people who have a hard time with the flexibility and need some very strict guidelines to stick to. The option of one or the other is a big strength. Lack of options is why most people don't stick to eating programs for their entire life. I can see new people using the core program at first to get their food choices under control and get an idea of what a healthy diet looks like, then venturing into the pointing as time goes on. Core sounds like WWers on training wheels, which is a pretty good idea for newbies who truly do not understand what healthy eating should look like. I've seen posts on message boards where people want to know if french fries are healthy. It's easy to laugh at that, but some people honestly don't know. I use the flex plan, but actually still just eat the way I did under winning points. It's worked thus far!
