My wife and I just found out about our son due on Sep 4, he has

moderate to severe bi-lateral clubfoot. We just had the amnio today

to rule out other issues but the Dr. believes it is isolated due to

everything else looking ok. I have done some research in the last

couple of days and it seems the Dr Ponseti method is what we would

prefer. Can this be utilized with severe bilateral clubfoot? We are

in Phx Az and would also like to know if there is anyone closer than

Southern CA who practices this method? Also, surgery always seems

riskier, but is it in a severe case, and does it work?

Just want to speak with someone who knows first hand what we are

going through.

> Hi! My unborn son -- who we also decided to call Zachary -- was

diagnosed with club feet last month. Just wanted to say hi. I'm sure

the other members here can give better information, as I'm

a " newbie " here myself.
