Angel Re: Reintroducing DBB We had our dd in the Markell shoes and she continued to escape also. We had to go into another cast and a Tenotomy and are now in the shoes. Is she staying in the DBB now? I guess I would just watch it very closely and if she continues to escape or gets another blister she may not be fully corrected or she may need to use the brace. You could always send some pictures to Dr Ponseti for some reassurance that her correction is still good. My dd still has not slept through the night, so I can't help you there.
