Different Options for DBBs

Has anyone heard of any different options for DBBs besides the Markell

straigh last open toe shoes? I would love to find a velcro option. The

hardest part of the shoes at my sons age (1yr) is that he wont sit still

long enough for me to put them on and it's a constant struggle. Any

thoughts or know of anywhere I could buy custom shoes?
