Guest guest
I didn't find the article I read before, but I found the crime states for people with disabilities. People with disabilities are 5-10 times more likely to be the victims of violent crime than the general public. http://www.dmh.cahwnet.gov/CVDI/default.asp Children with any kind of disability are more than twice as likely as nondisabled children to be physically abused and almost twice as likely to be sexually assaulted. http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/ovc/publications/factshts/disable.htm People with disabilities most likely victems of crime. This fact is ignored by US media http://www.albinism.org/webboard/poc/messages/1227.html Crime Prevention for people with disabilities http://www.prevent-crime.com/physical_disabilities.html http://www.prevent-crime.com/ http://www.concordpd.org/safety/disabled.html -Barb
