Guest guest
> > The sea sickness bands that Jill suggested are very good for > pregnancy related nausea Thank you ladies very much for the lead-in. Do you want to know WHY they work? Would you like to know just exactly WHICH acupressure points those little round balls in the band press on? There are actually two points on each wrist: Pericardium 5 and Pericardium 6. P5 - four finger widths above the center of the inner wrist crease, between the tendons. Benefits: relieves upset stomach, nausea and vomiting P6 - in the middle of the inner side of the forearm, two and one- half finger widths above the wrist crease. Benefits: relieves nausea, indigestion, stomachaches and wrist pain. There are other points for nausea as well but I will cover them in more detail when I do the pregnancy write-up.
