This is VERY likely. In fact, one thing we discussed at a local disability group meeting is that the disability plates are dangerous. You are far better off having the placard and using it only when you need it and keeping it in the glove compartment or in your purse. By having the plates on, it is a giant " victim " sign everywhere you go. You could easily be targetted and followed by someone while you are on the freeway only to be attacked when you reach your destination.
