To take the 400mg magnesium citrate in two doses; morning 200 and evening 200mg. OR 2. To take just 200mg daily OR 3. Magnesium oxide as point 1 or 2 above. I'll be glad to hear positive results. After reading our group's good experiences with magnesium supplements, I tried magnesium citrate 400 mg, but it made me feel terribly nauseous, like I was going to vomit (sorry for the sordid details!).
