Also, what are your favorite brands of yogurt and how do you like to eat it? The main reason for plain yogurt is that the flavored yogurt may trigger uncontrolled eating. All foods on the core list were selected as not to trigger over eating. So there is no bread, chocolate or ice-cream or even flavored yogurt. This is become you are not counting the points of core foods and are expected to seat them in sensible amounts. Few of us will over eat plain yogurt. But Key Lime whipped yogurt yum yum. When you eat trigger foods on the core plan they are as part on hte weekly allowance and are counted by points (35 a wk).
