Oops! I was responding to the title. " Why am I so hot? " That's why I asked

if your estrogen was low.

Perhaps I was talking to the wrong person. LOL

It's progesterone that raises your temperature during the second half of

your cycle, after you ovulate. But that's only half the month. If your

temperature is always low I'd look at thyroid (which obviously you are)

and adrenal hormones.
