Deb, You can just snuffle up warm salt water from your cupped hands while in the shower, or from

a shallow cup will work, also. If that isn't something you can manage, then a baby's bulb syringe

will do the job. Just fill it up with warm saline solution, and tilt your head back in the shower and

squeeze the solution up into your nasal cavities. Then tilt back down to clear it out. The mess goes

down the drain. There are also steroid nasal sprays which work very well, such as Vancanase, or
