bran muffins question

Can someone help me with these muffins..according to the nutritional

info I get 1 point or 1.5 but that don't seem right. I have put the

total points that I am using beside each ingredient as I found it..

BUT is the nutritional info at the bottom correct, or are they more

points.Someone made them when I was on vacation. I have eaten these

and they are delicious..I counted them at 2 points to be on the safe

side.. Thanks for any help here buddies...Kallie.

Bran Muffins

2 cup whole wheat flour = 16

3 cups white flour = 27

2 TB. baking soda = 0.5

1 TB salt = 0

1and 1/2 cups brown sugar = 26

3 cups wheat bran = 4

3 cups all-bran = 6

2 cups raisins = 16

2 Lg. eggs = 4

2 Lg. egg whites = 0.5

1 and 1/4 cups unsweetened apple sauce = 2.5

1/4 cup molasses = 4

2 and 1/4 cups plain yogurt = 4.5

2 cups skim milk = 2

1 and 1/2 cups water

Mix dry ingred. in large bowl. Beat eggs and add all liquid ingred.

Add to dry ingred. Mix well and refrigerate overnight..Can bake

immediately too if you like.

Stir batter in morning. Fill muffins tins to 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes..(ovens vary)

Makes 40 muffins

calories = 85

total fat = 0.5

sat fat = 0.1

fiber = 2.1

carbs = 19.2

protein = 2.8

calcium = 60.3 mg.
