I believe Fleitman, a Beverly Hills attorney, has filed a

class action suite against Blue Cross of CA for their failure to

approve resurfacing. He's also a C+ bilateral of Dr. Amsutz - fall

of 2003. The suit is on behalf of individual policy holders, not

those under a group policy.
