I do not like Arrowhead Mills products because they all seem to be too

gritty and dry.

Other than that, it's hard for me to tell.

They sell different kinds of sorghum (there are two main kinds sold in the

US - a grain sorghum and a molasses sorghum, there are many more not sold,

as some colors contain chemicals that can harm the human body - these are

sold as animal feed overseas and consumed by some indigenous peoples).

I tried an Indian variety and the bread came out fine. It was a different color than the stuff I bought a whole foods. The owner of the Indian store was concerned about the quality (regarding cross contamination, since the flour is produced in India) and recommended the more expensive brand which is a product of the UK.rxp_us wrote: I like the Twin Valley Mills also. Is there a special name for sorghum to look for in an Indian store?

Thanks,
