I see so many of you losing so well, but I'm finding flex points to be not enough food. I am thinking that core might be better for me as I eat relatively healthy anyway. I'm on an antidepressant for PMS and I've gained weight - anyone have experience with this and I'm wondering how you've handled it. Thanks to al of you for the support - it's incredible what a good support group can do for us. Also, what kind of exercise are you all doing?
