Way to GO!! That is terrific. It's a great boost to your will power,

and yes your weight loss will slow down, which is appropriate. Make

sure you take your measurements now, so you can keep track of those

inches melting away when the scale doesn't reflect your hard work.

yippee skippy to YOU!

Sharing my after Thanksgiving Success

I'm so excited and had to share! I went to my WW meeting this morning

and have lost 6.2 lbs. this week! Woo Hoo! I ate very good this week,

but not so wonderful on Thanksgiving. I ate pretty much what I wanted,

but cut back on my portions and did not have any seconds. I made the

strawberry pie and that keeps me out of trouble with the

desserts....especially since I like the strawberry pie better than

anything else. It has really saved me.

Friday morning I got up and dumped all the leftovers (except what my

kids ate for lunch), including the sweet tea, which I love. I

immediately started drinking my water and ate Progresso soup for luch

and Subway for dinner. I was shocked that I had lost that much!

But I have to remind myself that next week I may not lose anything and I

won't allow myself to get discouraged. Right??

:o)

So today I was celebrated in my class because I have made my first 10

lb. loss! Yay for me!
