Guest guest
WOW! I've noticed the exact opposite! My cycle is now 31 days (it used to be about 27) and now it only lasts for about 2 1/2 days! Wonder why? LADIES ONLY PLEASE! thanks guys Today is WI and of course " TOM " shows up. I knew it was coming so I increased my water intake starting on Sunday. I am prepared for a gain today because I feel bloated and heavy and so icky. I don't want to eat, I just want to sleep in the fetal position. Anyhow my question is do you ladies find that you menstruate heavier on the program? I have notice a increase in my flow and my cycles is now every 18-21 days and lasts about 6 days when it used to be 4-5 days. Guest guest
Mine stayed about the same when I first started WW two years ago (five-six days, very heavy and lots of cramps). Now that I have lost over 60 it's gone back to what it was when I was younger...three days, much lighter and rarely any cramps. So I think your body just goes through changes as you gain and loose weight. After I had my daughter (six years ago) my periods got worse. I always thought it was due to having a child now I'm not so sure it wasn't because of the weight gain. Kris LADIES ONLY PLEASE! thanks guys Today is WI and of course " TOM " shows up. Guest guest
I did notice that after having children the pain associated with my cycle got worse. I never cramped before pregnancy and with both it has gotten worse. Now since being on WW which has been only 5 weeks I am in my second run of my cycle and I am bleeding so much. This morning I felt like I couldn't even function and so 2 aspirin and 2 Aleve's later the cramping is dulled and I took a little nap in my office so I am getting to feeling a little better. Guest guest
, Yes, I posted on the boards about this - an increase in flow and in cramps. I almost called in this month and I NEVER call in for that Jen Z
Guest guest
Same with me Jen. I don't think I have ever missed a day for myself it has always been for the kids or something I would request in advance but that is how I felt. I didn't want to do anything but lay in the fetal position and hopefully sleep the pain away. Around the time next month I will take an Aleve or Advil the minute I start feeling symptoms of TOM and hope that helps.
