Nope, it's because it has salt, and salt is iodinized........

Hi, -

Actually, the (possibly iodized) salt is one reason.

Iodized leaveners and whiteners are the other.

If you tell us the ingredients, we can give you the thumbs up (or, hopefully

not, down).

(who is happy to share bracketing rights :-)
