I do Jazzercise four mornings a week, and I love it! I've always said that I

can't dance unless someone tells me what to do. Hmm, maybe that explains why

I've loved marching band, square dancing, and Jazzercise. I'm completely

paralyzed on a dance floor, but I'm great at dancy stuff as long as there's

someone in charge of where I put my feet other than me!

The class I currently attend is wonderful. We usually have between 15 and 20

people for our morning class. Some of my favorite things about Jazzercise - the

instructor faces the class and you mirror her moves, rather than staring at her

back; the routines are professionally choreographed at the corporate

headquarters - they don't make it up on the fly - you are never left " on the

wrong foot " for what you're going to do next; there are no mirrors on the walls;

all levels of fitness are welcome.

Definitely go and check it out if you're interested. I think it's great fun!

Chris
