We have an " unofficial " parents' checklist at this site: http://pages.ivillage.com/ponseti_links The questions on the list can help you determine if the physician is correctly applying the Ponseti method. Remember that being on Dr. P's list does not necessarily ensure that the doctor is following protocol exactly and is getting the best results possible. There is no way for the U of Iowa staff to " police " these doctors after they've submitted the initial paperwork to be listed. Use your best judgment and arm yourself with information so you can make educated decisions on your child's behalf. And remember that we're all here on the board to answer your questions too!
