Guest guest
That is exactly when my thyroid hormone was found to be low again, with the test on November 1st, and even though I live on the Tx Gulf Coast, where the temps are more ambient (30s to 50s this time of yr), the dampness involved, with wks of ongoing cloudiness and no sun, at times, makes it feel just as cold as up North where I originally came from, in North Tx, where it can get down below 0 at times, so I'm experiencing this too, as we've had some temps in the 30s here, with a few sunless days, from time to time. I did up my dose 15 little mgs on November 4th, and it seems to be helping some. Also, in Blanchard's book on thyroid he says > he finds most of his patients here in the Boston area need about 20% > more thyroid in the winter months starting in November than they do > the rest of the year. Don't know if that would be true where you are. > > R.
