Really Really new to this lol

Hi:

I live in Central Florida and am interested in adopting a little boy with

club feet. He is almost 2 years old and I do not know what, if anything, has

been tried on him. I do know that his write up says he has been casted. The

lady that showed him to me said she was told his were mild. Are there doctors

in

Florida that follow the Ponseti method? I didn't know anything about cleft

palate when we fell in love with our daughter so now I guess I'll learn about

club foot. What would be our first steps when we get home...if we are able to

adopt him. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
