Guest guest
I am new to the group....will post an introduction later when I have a bit more time, but this is very intriguing to me!!! To start in the evening and finish up the next day for breakfast and lunch. I guess the points are to be used over a 24 hour period and whether that period starts with breakfast, or starts with dinner, it really does not matter does it? I guess I feel a bit pressured as I begin to run out of points for the day....and if I knew that after lunch it was the " start " of the day, and I got a new day's worth of points, it might be easier to control. I am an " at night " eater. I don't have the time or opportunity to eat during the day....or at least it is easier to control overeating. Hmmmmmmmmmm, " food " for thought.... Cindi....... Guest guest
I have read where people start their " day " officially at 4 pm or another time that makes it easier for them. To me it's too confusing-I start when I get up and end when I go to bed. lol. But I have heard that using a different time works well for others. By the same token, if you are very good at dinner the night before, you get to have a bit more or a special treat at lunch and breakfast. It is all in your perspective, I guess...but I think I will give it a try. It may take a while to get that breakfast, lunch and supper thinking out of my head and try the supper, breakfast then lunch lineup. Hmmmm....we'll see how it goes....... Cindi....... Cindi... Guest guest
Hello, This may be a late reply but I am just getting caught up with the emails. When I worked night shift the leader I had at the time said to start my points when I got up or since I worked 7 days on and 7 days off she said for the 7 days I was on to multiply the points by 7 (for example 20 x 7 = 140) and then when I woke up on the day I went to work start with the 140 points and don't distinguish between days just keep a checkbook type subtraction/addition type of running total. e Re:Start Tracking Point........ Guest guest
My WW Leader made the same point for me also just yesterday. Wow...a concept that's not so overwhelming to me. Good luck!
