Hi, Kathy.

What kind of PDA do you have? I have never tried the Diet & Exercise

Assistant Program. However, I journal everyday on my Palm Pilot using

WWCalc. WWCalc was created by Bob Withers and is an absolutely

wonderful program. You can tweak the program for any type of WW program

- 123 Success, WP, Flex, Core, etc. If you desire to download the

program, join the wwcalc-for-palm yahoo group. You can download

" convenience " foods and restaurants by joining the wwfc-for-palm yahoo

group. I highly recommend this program and database to anyone that uses

a Palm Pilot.

I even thin I downloaded this. I'll join the two groups you mentioned.

Thanks, Kathy. I gained 70 pounds during pregnancy; 5 more pounds to

pre-pregnancy and then another 5 to my own personal goal.

I am sure that you will absolutely love WWCalc. I like it b/c it allows

one to follow WW anytime, anywhere. You always have the point values of

convenience foods and a lot of restaurants with you, and you can always

journal. Trust me, it's great.
