Thanks, Crystal! I actually don't feel too bad about it, since I also did

a lot of exercise yesterday. I'll still try to keep the temptations to a

minimum, though. My doctor has dared me to lose three pounds by my next

appointment with her on January 7.

Hey, I like that doc of yours! Funny! I'm glad you are not beating

yourself up. Try to gain some insight from this experience. That's

what I try to do when I disappoint myself. I try to make a positive

out of a negative.
