They are also called stability balls. They are a huge ball used originally

probably in physical therapy, now used in stability ball classes, On the

Ball Pilates, etc. Mine is comfortable enough to use as a chair, and my On

the Ball tape give me quite the workout. I got mine through my

chiropractor, but they are now available many places, including Target.
