Guest guest
Mikrah, I think that most people are either getting it from BIOGENESIS or ANTI-AGING SYSTEMS. (also known as Smart Drugs or Off Shore Pharmacy, I found out) ANTI AGING SYSTEMS is a few dollars more, but they can get it to you faster, I understand. As far as I know, nobody has found a source online for actual ARMOUR, but NATURETHROID is supposed to be the same thing with a slightly different filler ...so I am thinking it will be fine. Thyroid is just one of the things I get to deal with. Mercury messes with all the body's metabolism, hormones, nervous system...atacks one at a cellular/DNA level. I am not one to use labels much, but yeah, I guess I have autoimmune disease. > and if so do you use any of the > supplements mentioned in the article you posted the link to? You mean the link to: http://www.gethealthyagain.com/ I have used some of the things off and on before. This article was totally new to me....not something I have had around for a long time or anything....it just resonated with me so I thought I had better pass it on to my friends here. Aside from what I am already doing with chelation and whatnot, I think I am going to put together a protocol that goes something like this: THREE-LAC WOBENZYME PRIMAL DEFENSE HN-ZYME PEROXIDE,oral, food grade then perhaps Sasparilla to heal alimentary canal COLOSTRUM - to heal gut holes and bolster immune system HYDROCHLORIC ACID, to hlep with digestion and gut bugs maybe extra pancreatin to help break down mucous layers in colon and other areas LL¹s CLAY BATHS then move on to liver flushes. All this I am doing after having chelated with ALA + DMSA for about 8 months, and now am working on getting my thyroid up higher. So far that has not helped that I can notice, but I am only up to 3 1/2 grains and have not implmented CORTEF yet. Guest guest
, can you tell me about your hormone cream, like where do you get it and how do I really know what kind I need? I have never heard of Oestrogel. I am like you, even if it wasn't for the osteo I would have to use hormones because of the side effects of life with out them. Thanks for the info about the calcitonin, everything I find out makes me more glad I switched from synthroid. Do you think it is safe to let the thyroid melt in your mouth all at one time.....could one potentially do that with a 3 grain dose? But I have no Osteoporosis, far from it! Weird as I had an early hysterectomy (I was 27)and have been on thyroid meds for 30 years. Premarin was part of what was killing me 6 years ago when I was listening to doctors! I needed it as I had VERY strong hot flashes and night sweats and horrid mood swings that I couldn't stand, but I wish I had tried the creams long ago. The tests that made doctors think Osteo was made worse by thyroid meds were done with Synthroid! Armour with it's calcitonin is another thing entirely and no tests have been done with it optimized and bone density that I know of. The other NATURAL thyroids have Calcitonin as well and in animals it has been found to control calcium loss, so I really feel it would in humans as well. You would need to dissolve the natural thyroid meds in your mouth though to get the best results from the Calcitonin in the thyroid meds as I believe stomach acids destroy it. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Guest guest
Yes you can still melt it in your mouth with that dose. Most people put it between their gum & cheek like a plug, LOL. I guess on my hormones as I just have no money nor faith in testing anymore. I use Progesterone cream I buy on Ebay and I use it 3 days then the Oestrogel 2 days then repeat. This has worked well for me for about 3 months now. I was using just the Progesterone cream for a couple years but was having lots of trouble sleeping from the night sweats, and had leaky bladder too. Really bad! So I started the Oestrogel which is pure Estradiol, which I buy online too. Artistic Grooming Hurricane, West Virginia --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
Once I get switched to Armour instead of the Synthroid that I am now on, I will need your help to get off of HRT. I can only do one thing at a time though. I get stressed out when I am doing or have more then 1 thing to do at a time! I hope this changes when I get off my synthroid! If my husband ask me to do 2 things, I start to freak out! HE will be fortunate if I get either done. Anyone else have this problem? Can't get a bill made out and get to the PO. I'd rather scrub the toilet then do brain work! My hubby owns a construction business and I am the book keeper! Can you imagine what shape our books are in???? LOL I can't wait to have a brain! :-)) I feel like the Lion, Tin man, whoever, on the Wizard of Oz show, the one that wanted a brain! LOL I had HypoT symptoms for 8 years before the test finally showed that I was HypoT. What does that tell you??? I thought I was loosing my mind! Not a good feeling. Guest guest
Hi Mikrah, I really believe that it is from being Hypot that is causing my brain fog. Menopause can cause this too, as it did me, but I am through that stage of my life. Went through Menopause in my late 30's to early 40's and now I don't have " monthly's " !! :-)) However, I still get those nasty hot flashes everytime I stop my HRT. Anyway, I will soon find out as I don't want to go off of HRT until I have Armour in my system. Besides, if I do go off to many meds at once, I will not know which ones help and which ones don't. I also take something for my high blood pressure. I hope to get that down when I am on Armour too!! It will take time, but after many years of suffering, I will welcome something that I know is going to work. :-)) I know exactly what you mean though. If I put water on the stove for tea and then get on the computer or phone, I will have a dry, burnt pan! LOL Also, seems like my memory kicks in eventually, but it's usually hours behind or the next day. I just remembered that it was the scarecrow that needed a brain!! Well, I think this is right, been a long time since I seen the movie. LOL I thought of this hours after I posted!! Have you started Armour yet? Keep me posted! Kathy PS Love your name, how do you pronounce it? Re: * MyRxForLess went poof - Mikrah I was able to get off Premarin with using a combo of Progesterone cream and Oestrogel.. You would need to dissolve the natural thyroid meds in your mouth though to get the best results from the Calcitonin in the thyroid meds as I! believe stomach acids destroy it. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Guest guest
I thought that oestrogel had all three of the human made estrogens in it, including estriol and estrone. Plus the estradiol of course. Maybe I was reading something else on another product? Maybe the Biest or Triest? If I was going to take estrogens again, it would be at least two of them together (in the natural of course), the estradiol and estriol. My understanding is that estriol is in a smaller amt, and also puts a check on certain functions of the bigger one, estradiol. > From: > Sent: Sunday, December 05, 2004 7:48 AM > To: NaturalThyroidHormones > Subject: Re: * MyRxForLess went poof - Mikrah > > > Yes you can still melt it in your mouth with that dose.
