Does anyone here use resistance bands or the tube (like a figure-8) ?? I

just bought some and although I did a Google search for exercises, I'm wondering

if a fellow SWWer can give me some pointers. My exercise to date has

consisted of daily treadmilling and occasional use of my recumbent exercise bike

but I

need to tone!
