You neeed to get him moving before you chelate I think. Have you tried plain

old Vitamin C or Magnesium - citrate or oxide types are best to deal with

constipation. I have read the Perfect Stool formula and Ojibwa tea has some

people

too. Do you use enzymes? Check out www.enzymestufff.com

DMSA gets the mercury out mostly with the urine. You might want to consider

this.

Dagmar.

[ ] Andy( and other experts)- Should we chelate or wait?

My 10 year old autistic son has mercury and is off the charts with

antimony. I know we need to chelate asap. However, he still has

major leaky gut, yeast...I know Andy says not to wait until

everything is all cleared up which I understand because time is of

the essence, however, he is also extremely constipated and only goes

to the bathroom every 3-4 days.

How can I move around metals that will not be excreted for so long?

He is on the SCD diet and takes vitamins and drinks oj, prune juice,

takes cal/mag...to help get things moving. Do we need to fix the

constipation first or can we start chelating using Andy's protocol?

Really stressed and need advice. Want to start but not do any more

harm to his body.

Thanks,

Suzanne

Hi,

Try lots of pro-biotics. The only way to know how much needed is to

increase the dosage until he has loose stool and then back off some.

My son uses up to 30 capsules of pro-biogold (Kirkman) a day.

Consider removing sources of current exposure

Yeast can cause constipation. Certain foods can also cause it,

primarily wheat, rice, apples, and bananas. Try removing those. Or

consider enzymes

Adding more magnesium and/or vitamin C can also help.
