Guest guest Posted September 23, 2004 Report Share Posted September 23, 2004 We do not eat out much, for one its too expensive and two no matter how careful you are when you eat out, its still tough to lose weight that way. When I was on Flex an ate out alot, I usually gained or didn't lose very much that week. So, my lunches come from left overs from Dinner. I make enough for both my husband and I to eat off of the next day. Like I made the chicken in the crockpot on Sunday, or pork loin I have done in the Crockpot to. Couscous just takes a few minutes to make. Then I add veggies. Thats what I am having for lunch today (leftover chicken, couscous, zucchini and tomatoes). Then non fat plain yogurt with Splenda and fruit for my afternoon snack. A whole lot better than an LC meal. Also, I can control what goes in it. Salt, no preservatives etc...
