Guest guest Posted July 26, 2004 Report Share Posted July 26, 2004 Is there a minimum number of points you should be eating for breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? My WW leader gave us a breakdown of 6,7,7 but overall not to save too many points for late at night. Also when do you eat your last meal? I workout first thing in the morning and always have a 2-4 point breakfast and then a 6-8 point lunch and dinner and snack through out the day. My last meal is no finished by 7pm.
