I recommend all bran. There are three types, regular, extra fiber, and bran

buds. I like the bran buds the best. I measure 1/3 of a cup into a bowl,

add some heavy cream and a bit of water to thin it, then let it sit for a

little while to soften up. I add a splenda packet and some berries if I have

them.

It's a high fiber cereal with I think 23 grams of carbs for the 1/3 cup and

13 grams of fiber. With berries on it and the cream, I treat it as about 18

grams of carbs, total.

I think the low carb cereals taste terrible - though to each his or her own!
