I'm not going into this situation with my head in the clouds though. I have every intention on getting everything in writing from work to u/r to my dr notes. I'm not leaving any stone unturned and I'm crossing all the t's and dotting my i's. I stopped in to my work today and briefly spoke with HR and confirmed from her that the hrs I dont work will indeed be covered by W/C and also had Ginny with me as a witness, also though I will get it in writing they arent pushing for more hours than I can handle and dont want me to start out with too many hours and have me end up setting myself back. Its all trial and error for right now. Thank you again Dawn for looking out for me, I really do appreciate it, and as I make each decision and cross off things on my checklist I'll check in here with all of you as well.
