Biondic Photo by Andy Heinze Employess and physicians can use serviceRochester General Hospital says it wants to help take care of its people who are taking care of everyone else. The hospital is offering employees, physicians and patients a concierge service called "Best Upon Request." It will run errands like picking up the dry-cleaning or getting the car serviced. It will even set up services like house cleaning or pet care. There is no cost for best upon request. The user pays the price of the goods or services needed. Rochester General says a program like this will make it even more attractive to potential employees and patients.
