Tory's Almost Fat Free Chocolate Zucchini Brownies POINTSR value | 1 Servings | 40 snacks | Cut into 40, this makes 1 point brownies about 2x2 inches. Use the small chocolate chips for better coverage of chocolate throughout mix. Substitute Splenda for sugar for 30 1-point brownies. Ingredients 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 3 1/2 cup zucchini 3 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 1/3 cup Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 2/3 cup water Instructions Set oven at 350F. Spray jelly roll pan with pam. In medium bowl combine sugar, applesauce, water, and vanilla; blend well. Add grated zucchini, mix well. In large bowl stir flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa powder together. Add liquid ingredients and mix only till moistened. Pour into a jelly roll pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or until almost done, but still moist.
