Bernard Rimland, PhD is NOT with the ASA -- he's with ARI.

Rimland founded the Autism Research Institute, based in California.

He's been doing everything he can to sound the alarm about mercury in vaccines.

All these acronyms are confusing -- CAN, NAAR, TAAP, etc. -- but it's very

important

to use them properly in documentation. These organizations are all very

different.

Thanks !! per usual, your a font of very helpful and accurate info!

THANKS! by the way, I just spent the last hour or so pouring over the websites

of CAN, ASA and ARI. WOW!!

CAN is clearly not trying to help connect the dots between autism and mercury

(and they're having a CAN WALK in LA today and expecting to make over

$800,000 <--makes me sick!)

ASA seemed to make the effort to educate/connect dots more -- seemed to care

-- again quite well funded.

ARI -- WOW!!! and they've got DAN and CSA.

I don't know anything about NAAP and TAAP -- tell me more.

BECAUSE, if a group wanted to take action nationally, having an already in

existence organization to align themselves with, would expedite wonderfully!!

This would be the quickest way for creating local/state chapters for

local/state activism!!!!

Thanks, Tami

Hello,

I contacted MomsAgainstMercury to ask if I could set up a state

chapter here in NY. They thanked me for contacting them but didn't

respond to my query...I think maybe they're too new or understaffed

or do not have enough $$.

What does ARI stand for? Maybe they would be a good organization to

approach re: establishing and funding state affiliates and providing

us with a copy of the MO bill (I'm still hoping to get a copy of

that) to bring to our state legislatures. If I can just get started,

I think I can accomplish something.

Any ideas are welcome!
